Caboodle is licensed in two parts.

1. The Spreadsheet – GNU General Public License version 3 (GPL-3.0-only)

   The Spreadsheet uses HyperFormula, which is licensed under the GPL v3, so the Spreadsheet and the code it runs
   with are free software under the same licence (the full text is in LICENSES/GPL-3.0.txt). These files carry an
   "SPDX-License-Identifier: GPL-3.0-only" line:

   CRM, ERP, EHR and Issue tracker, the Worker and API in server/, and the tools) are Copyright (C) 2026 the
   Caboodle authors, all rights reserved. You may use them on caboodle.tools; you may not copy, modify or
   redistribute them without permission. The shared files listed above are also used by these programs; as part of
   the Spreadsheet they remain available under the GPL v3.

Third-party libraries and fonts are in vendor/, each with its own licence file next to it (MIT, Apache-2.0,
GPL-3.0 for HyperFormula, and the SIL Open Font License for the fonts).
